Refund and Cancellation Policy

A five-month prepaid term is refundable in full within fourteen days of the date you paid, including the sessions those fourteen days include. Ask at hello@passionprojects.app and we will return the whole amount by the same method you paid.

After fourteen days a prepaid term is not automatically refundable. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway — we would rather hear about it than keep money from a family we have not served well.

A monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time before the next renewal and you will not be charged again; you keep every session in the month you have already paid for.

We do not refund part-months. Cancelling on the last day of a paid month costs you nothing further; cancelling on the second day of one does not refund that month.

Cancel yourself from the billing portal, linked in your Settings. You do not need to ask us, and we will not ask you to stay.

If we end your enrolment for any reason other than a breach of the acceptable-use section of our Terms, we refund the unused portion of anything you have prepaid.

If a mentor misses a session without twenty-four hours' notice, it is rescheduled and it does not count against your plan. That is a rule our mentors agree to in writing.
