We ask every time
Where a mentor wants to record a session, they ask at the start of that meeting, out loud, before recording begins. If anyone present says no, the session is not recorded. If a recording was already started, it is deleted.
Saying no changes nothing else about the session. Nobody will be asked twice in the same meeting or pressed to explain.
What a recording is for
One thing: so the mentor can write accurate notes and an honest weekly update afterwards. It is deleted once those are written.
A recording is never used for marketing, never shown to another family, and never sent to any third party for processing.
Standing preference
You may tell us once that your family's sessions should never be recorded, and we will note it on your file and tell your mentor. Write to hello@passionprojects.app.
